How to update login credentials on GPSTab
By updating login credentials or adding a PIN, you can make sure your account is safe and secure.
To start adding a PIN or updating login credentials, click the profile icon located on the top right corner of the admin portal.
When the dropdown menu appears, you'll see a list of management tools, with PIN and Change credential available to edit.
Let's start with how to add a PIN.
By setting up a PIN on your account, you can secure your ability to control who is allowed to enter and/or modify GPSTab ELD user data.
Once you've entered the Create Pin screen, you can simply just type your four-character pin, confirm it, and click OK.
Now, let's breakdown how you can update your credentials.
By clicking on Change credentials, you'll trigger yet another drop-down menu that will contain the ability to change password and/or change login.
Once you've clicked on either, you can just fill out all the pertinent information and click OK to finish.
Please note: Once a password or login has been changed, all users will be logged out and will need to login using the new credentials.
