Job Title: Sales Team Leader (Senior Level)

A sales leader is responsible for planning, leading and supervising the sales efforts and programs of UTECH. A sales leader will participate in the development, implementation and evaluation of all the sales plans and strategies.

  • Leading, managing, motivating and training sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Working closely with the inbound marketing team to produce sales collateral required for the target market.
  • Representing UTECH at industry events, seminars, and exhibits.
  • Conducting online and face-to-face sales meetings.
  • Prepares annual, quarterly and monthly updates on current opponents or business possibilities.
  • Work together with colleagues from other departments to improve efficiency and overall service delivery.
  • Give prompt reports on crucial issues to direct senior officers.
  • Supervise essential key account possibilities.
  • Make propositions, give suggestions and designate sales target and job obligations to each sales staff.
  • Appraise performance of staff, give suggestions, reward or award punishment and offer proposals on dismissal of personnel where applicable.
  • Recommend hiring additional staff and make required resources available to accomplishing target objectives and goals.
  • Solicit for other job duties needing attention to enhance service and improve customers’ contentment to a reasonable extent.
  • Take part in interview of candidates while supporting decision making to hire successful applicants.
  • Offer inspiration and training of internal sales personnel on how to attain business sales objective.
  • Assist team managers to intensify sales via training on sales methods.
  • Generate action plans to enhance performance and productive capacity of underperforming personnel.
  • Logistics industry experience is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience managing in-house and remote field sales teams.
  • Ability to lead, motivate/mentor, communicate, and generally interact with people in a positive way.

Job Title: Social Media Account Manager

Social media account manager will oversee Social Media campaigns for UTECH and UTECH clients. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: research, campaign and content creation, execution, monitoring and reporting. Knowledge of SEO best practices is a plus.

  • Creating a social media strategy that collaborates with marketing, PR and advertising campaigns, research top influencers, competitors, and trends in clients’ industries.
  • Create timely and engaging content optimized for platform used and intended audience.
  • Monitor sites for customer service opportunities and initiate conversations on behalf of the client.
  • Be happy, smile, and bring a positive attitude to the office.
  • Analyze and report social media actions on a monthly basis for successes and new opportunities.
  • Create engaging and professional visuals that reflect client and their brand (Customize social media pages (ex. Facebook, Twitter, Google+, YouTube), develop supporting offline collateral, create original content, etc).
  • Stay current with social media trends and tools – includes attending networking and educational events, reading blogs, and listening to podcasts.
  • Checking all the materials prior to posting.
  • 2+ years of social media marketing experience (prefer to have account management experience).
  • Strong, professional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience including but not limited to Facebook, LinkedIn, Google+, Google Communities, Twitter, YouTube, Pinterest, and more.
  • Knowledge of social media and analytics software (Hootsuite, Raven Tools, Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.).

Sales associate is responsible for acquiring and managing customers, working with existing leads and sourcing new prospects. Providing customer feedback to the management.

  • Assess customers’ needs and provide assistance and information on product features.

  • Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options.
  • Cross sell and upsell products.
  • Build productive trust-based relationships with customers.
  • Comply with inventory control procedures.

  • Trucking operations experience is a must.

Job Title: Human Resource Generalist and Recruiter

Human resource generalist will organize and maintain employee records, processes, procedures and actively build a network of future employees. The position includes but is not limited to responsibilities in the following functional areas: recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and HR recordkeeping and retention.

  • Facilitate various human resource strategies and procedures for all organization personnel.
  • Prepare Offer Letters and Compensation Plans as needed.
  • Perform benefits review and support, including claims resolution, change reporting, approving invoices for payment and communicating benefits information to employees.
  • Maintains employee records in the human resource information system and compile reports from the database.
  • Develop network of employee candidates.
  • Attend job fairs, prepare recruitment ads, job postings and organize employment events.
  • 3-5 years of experience in the HR and job recruitment field.
  • Working knowledge of principles and practices of Human Resources functions.
  • Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Working knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to diligently problem solve and trouble-shoot problems independently.
  • Friendly, outgoing spirit.
