As a Sales Manager, you will be an integral part of a first-class sales organization. You will be a part of a rapidly growing startup that will require you to be flexible and truly be a part of UTECH culture. You will persistently hit and exceed sales quotas and have a lot of fun in the process.
- Be responsible for all sales and technical functions in assigned territory
- Forecast, solicit and secure orders from prospective customers
- Provide customer service, as required, and prepare weekly sales forecast updates to direct manager
- Prospect new customers, generate new leads and business opportunities across a variety of market segments and product lines
- Sell through the means of direct customer visits, phone, and or email
- Establish professional customer and vendor relationships through appropriate and pre-approved networking events
- Constantly and diligently update CRM database with accounts, contacts, and opportunities to generate a predictive sales forecast
- Travel to meet customers, prospects, attend trade shows, seminars, and internal sales meetings up to 75% of the time
We are Looking For
- 2+ years’ software or technical products overall sales experience or 2+ year’s working for a trucking operation
- A track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals
- Demonstrated ability to succeed in startup environment
- Strong written and verbal communication and organizational skills
- Bachelor’s Degree, Spanish language are pluses but not required
