GPSTab Update: Simplifying the subscription page
GPSTab has made some changes to the subscription page, simplifying the process of adding and editing units associated with your account.
With this update, users can now set the number of individual Asset Trackers, ELD users, and Cameras within their GPSTab account.
When adding new Asset Trackers and ELD users, you will only need to update the appropriate product. For example, if you only want to add ELD users, you would just add the number of additional users in the Unit Count section.
Once you’ve done that, the total value of the additions will be reflected in the Total $ section.
Additionally, you will also receive a prompt to verify the number of units entered for each product to make sure it’s correct before the payment is processed.
Additional Updates
With this update, users will also receive warning alerts for their driver’s 14-hour shift limit.
GPSTab users will be able to see when their drivers are running out of time on their shift. This alert will appear with an hour or less remaining in the 14-hour shift.
To view this, users must click the ELD tab on the main menu located on the left side of the screen.
Once the drop-down menu has triggered, selects the Logs tab. This will show your list of driver logs.
On the menu located at the top of the list, click on the section labeled All Logs.
You can then click on the section labeled Approaching Violations.
You now should be able to view the affected log and take appropriate action to prevent a violation.
