About The Role
As an Account Executive, you have an amazing opportunity to shape the way we sell our product and own the end-to-end sale. We are looking for strong communicators who have a natural sales instinct to be the face and voice of Utech. You’ll have the opportunity to educate fleet managers about Electronic Logging Devices, Fleet Management Software, Asset Tracking via GPS, Electronic Logs, and Cameras!
What You’ll Do
- Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly quota expectations
- Cold Calling, prospecting new business, and making outbound calls
- Illustrate the value of Utech software and services to prospective clients
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients and partners by understanding focus and needs and anticipating them in advance.
- Test different tactics and channels to optimize our sales process
- Bring feedback from customers and prospects to the product and engineering team
- Provide accurate forecasts for individual revenue
- Ensure accurate data entry in the CRM
What We’re Looking For
- Past experience selling SaaS and Hardware over the phone, preferably in the transportation industry
- Strong end-to-end ownership attitude from prospecting, demonstrations, to closing
- Excellent verbal and communication skills
- Strong, flexible, independent, and goal-oriented team members
- Interest in technology startups
- Willingness to roll up your sleeves and lead growth and change
