Utech Surpasses $10 million in revenue
Surpassing $10 million in revenue, Utech—a custom software company in the trucking and logistics space—set a new all-time record for revenue in 2021.
The company’s record-setting year comes as a result of the success of its two major applications, GPSTab and UNIQ TMS, aimed at improving efficiency for trucking companies of all sizes.
GPSTab, an electronic logging device (ELD) that helps trucking businesses maximize hours of service and increase their profits, reached over 33,000 users in 2021. While UNIQ TMS, an integrated transportation management software (TMS), was successfully relaunched—garnering support from trucking fleets looking to grow their operations.
“None of this would have been possible without our clients. We value the fact that they’ve entrusted us and our software to support their businesses and we’re looking forward to growing alongside them in the years to come,” said Utech CEO Yuriy Nekrasov.
“We’re leveraging two-way communication channels to develop relationships with our customers and prospects. People-centric data with a priority on revenue generating activities drives our strategy in collaboration with the sales team.” said Sr. Marketing Manager Sharon Rice.
In 2021 Utech also added 15 employees, helping the company expand its operations throughout the United States and internationally to better serve the trucking and logistics communities.”Focusing on long-term sustainable growth requires the right people, who can identify the best opportunities for our company. We look forward to continuing this trajectory as we bring on new team members this year,” said HR Manager Toby Paulose.
Utech expects to further strengthen its revenue growth in 2022, driven by the continued expansion of its applications using customer feedback and by expanding its teams domestically and abroad.
“Two major factors impact our positive result: A proven, systems-based approach to client satisfaction, and the overwhelming support within our organization for our larger mission and objectives.” said Vice President of Sales, Jason Barnes.
