How to add drivers, ELDs, and vehicles on GPSTab

Once you're in your GPSTab Admin portal, please take a look at the main menu located on the left-hand side.

However, before you get started, please make sure to update your subscriptions. You can do so by clicking on the profile icon at the top right of the admin portal:

That will then take you to a drop-down menu, which contains all your profile information. Within that menu, you'll find the "Subscriptions" button, where you can click to manage your account subscriptions.

Once you've opened the next screen you'll be able to edit how many units you'd like to have. In order to be able to use our Asset Trackers and ELDs properly, please make sure you enter the correct amount of units you'll be using.

Upon setting up the number of units you'll be using, you can now begin to add drivers, ELDs, and vehicles.

To get started adding drivers, ELDs, or vehicles, click on the "ELD" tab which is located in the main menu. This will then trigger a drop-down menu, where you'll find all the necessary tabs.

Starting with drivers, you can click on the "Drivers" tab. If you already have drivers recorded, they will also show up here. To edit existing driver information, you can also click on the driver's name.

However, to add new drivers, you can click the green "Add Driver" button. This will allow you to enter all pertinent information such as name, ID, license number, and much more.

When adding a driver, also make sure to enable ELD at the bottom. Without doing so, they will not have access to all necessary HOS features.

This same process should be repeated when adding ELDs. To get started adding ELDs, you can just click on the "ELDs" tab in the drop-down menu.

For ELDs, once you've clicked the "Add ELD" button, all you'll need to do is add the ELDs serial number. Once you've done that, you can click OK. The registered ELD will now show up in the ELDs admin screen.

When trying to add vehicles, you can click the "Vehicles" tab on the drop-down menu. Once the next screen had loaded, you can then click the "Add Vehicles" button.

You can then fill in all the necessary information, and once you've done that you can just click OK. The Vehicle info will then show up in the Vehicles admin page.

And that's it! You can now add and edit drivers, ELDs, and vehicles whenever necessary. For further assistance, you can always give us a call at (888) 228-4460 or email us at support@help24.us.
